Cross Plains Christmas Tree Lighting
December 3, 2025
6 p.m. at Kilgore Park
Join in lighting our Christmas Tree at the park at Kilgore Park. Bring the whole family out & enjoy a Christmas concert by local choirs & free hot cocoa.


Ridgetop Christmas Parade

December 5, 2025
7:00 p.m.
Parade starts at Wautaga Elementary School
and ends at Ridgetop Station Park. People or groups wishing to participate in the parade can access the flyer and waiver here or stop by Ridgetop City Hall for an application. Floats MUST have lights and they cannot have a Santa or Mrs. Clause on them. Position in parade is first come, first serve. Any further questions please email them and they will be happy to help.

There will be pictures with Santa in the house at Ridgetop Station Park following the conclusion of the parade. Light refreshments will be served then too.

City of Adams Tinsel & Tobacco Christmas Bazaar, Festivities & Parade

December 6, 2025

  Join them for Christmas fun including a parade, hot chocolate and a visit from Santa.

9 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
As part of our annual Tinsel and Tobacco Christmas celebration, we will be hosting our Craft Market in the gym at the Bell School. Anyone wishing to be a vendor, please contact city hall at 615-696-2593.


10:00 a.m.
Lineup for those wishing to be in the parade will be at 9:00am on Main Street by Adam’s Gas. The parade route will follow South Church street to 41 and will end at the Omer Gene Brooksher Pavilion.

10:30ish -
Cookies with Santa, Hot Chocolate, Pictures with Santa, and Letters to Santa.



White House "Deck the Decades Parade"
December 6, 2025
3 p.m.

The parade route will begin by turning right onto 31W from Raymond Hirsh. It will then continue on 31W, turning left on to Hwy 76 and ending by turning right into the park.

Springfield Lighted Christmas Parade
December 6, 2025

The City of Springfield is excited to host the annual lighted Christmas Parade at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, December 6 in downtown Springfield.

The parade will travel through downtown Springfield beginning at South Main Street and 10th Avenue, to 5th Avenue and South Main Street, concluding after 5th Avenue and Connell Street. Staging for large parades utilizes side streets, including Hill Street, Willow Street, and 10th Avenue, to merge parade participants into the main flow onto South Main Street.

Attendees should be advised of downtown road closures (see link above for details) and are encouraged to arrive early to find parking and a place to watch the festivities. Springfield Family Dental, 201 5th Ave W, will host a Sensory Friendly Viewing Area.


Christmas in Orlinda

Christmas parade line up at 4 pm, parade kicks off at 5 pm.
After the parade, swing by city hall for
the tree lighting, cookies, cozy cocoa, and  the joy of making cherished memories with family and friends.

Springfield Winter Wonderland
at J. Travis Price Park

Springfield Parks & Recreation's Winter Wonderland at J. Travis Price Park will create lasting memories

 as thousands experience the captivating display of lights and holiday scenes!

Admission is free.

Make plans to drive through the holiday light displays from November 29th until December 28th.

Walk thru and special activity nights will be December 6th, 13th and 20th. *

December 6th: Carriage rides (first come, first served), Character visit, Santa in the cabin, petting zoo, pony rides, inflatables and food trucks.

December 13th: Character visit, Santa in the cabin, petting zoo, pony rides, inflatables, and food trucks.

December 20th: Carriage rides (first come, first served), Character visit, Santa in the cabin, petting zoo, pony rides, inflatables, and food trucks.

*All other nights will be drive-thru only
